1. Data we collect
- Account data — name, business e-mail, company, role and verification documents.
- Usage data — log records, IP address, browser and pages visited.
- Communication data — messages you send us through forms or e-mail.
- Connectivity data — data transmitted between connected systems through the gateway (for example reservation, availability, rate and inventory data), processed on behalf of the connected parties.
2. Why we use it
To operate and secure the connectivity gateway, to verify connected partners, to deliver data between the systems they connect, to provide support, to meet legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — to send product news.
3. Legal basis
We process data to perform our connectivity agreement with you, to pursue our legitimate interest in running a secure platform, to comply with the law, and on the basis of your consent for marketing.
4. Sharing
Data exchanged through the gateway is transmitted only to the connected system it is addressed to and is not shared with other connected parties. We share data with service providers (hosting, e-mail, analytics) under written data-processing agreements, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted on a need-to-know basis, and our infrastructure is monitored continuously.
6. Retention
Account data is retained for the life of the account plus any statutory retention period. Connectivity data is retained only as long as needed to deliver and support the connection. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected].
